I have developed the ability to balance my drive to action and outcomes with the need to listen, learn and reflect to make sure I am really hearing my clients and colleagues; interested stakeholders and those I train and coach.

With over 25 years’ experience supporting leaders, Boards and teams with communications, strategic engagement and planning, Principal Nicole Ireland has a reputation for delivery, authenticity and clear advice. Building on her core skills of communication and engagement, Nicole designs and facilitates planning and team building sessions; manages change, campaigns and issues; and assists clients to secure Government and stakeholder support.
With a deep understanding of the resources and technology sectors, lived Board experience in the not-for-profit arena and broad advocacy experience with peak bodies and organisations large and small, Nicole’s strengths lie in aligning messaging and approaches to audience expectations and supporting others to build these skills.
As a Coach and Mentor, Nicole encourages leaders and practitioners to consider new perspectives and strive for their personal goals.
